SUMMARY OF ROLE: The EYSPA Programme Lead is key position in the newly formed Generate Early Years Stronger Practice Hub. They are responsible for project managing all operational aspects of the Early Years
Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) programme team. The postholder will establish and oversee recruitment of a team of 5 Advisers, the matching to settings, monitoring processes, coordinate with Local Authorities and programme partners ensuring all activity aligns with the programme expectations, KPIs, and quality standards.
